Who We Are
A group of young professionals came together to set up One Shot Humanity to work with grassroots initiatives for effecting positive changes in the lives of underprivileged children , women their families and communities.
Team Humanity has a thrust to find ‘The Happy Tears’ all around. We believe every smile is not happy unless it comes straight from the heart.
The Team has a vision to establish a number of small scale businesses majorly in remote villages and rural areas where women will be part of the production team & make the final production out of the raw materials. Team humanity will assure the products are served at the right place & and the profit earned will serve the production team of the startup (i.e., women workers) also the funds generated will help in the adoption of schools for the education of children in dedicated areas.
Our Approach
We Facilitate Survival-Upliftment
Our focus is explicitly on the well-being, social position and rights of women and children from marginalized communities.
Our efforts are focused to fight against underlying causes of poverty, building secure and resilient communities and ensuring a life of dignity for all women and girls from the most marginalized and vulnerable communities, especially among Dalits and Adivasis.
One Shot Humanity works towards motivating and encouraging its staff to imbibe, internalize and demonstrate these defined core values of the organization.
